Booking, Purchase and Cancellation Terms

Business and prices

SHADOWORK is operated by Daniel Dormea, Israeli VAT-exempt sole proprietor, business no. 316271816. Activities: 2 Nordau Street, Haifa. Contact: +972524782338, darkroom.shadowwork@gmail.com. Prices are final consumer prices in Israeli shekels; no VAT is added. Updated: 30 October 2026.

Your booking

Review the activity, date, time, participant count, price and package contents before paying. Orientation workshops last two hours. Independent work permits up to three hours within the selected session. Passes and packages contain the stated services and entries, subject to advance booking and availability. There is no automatic subscription renewal or recurring charge. Available activity dates begin in January 2027.

In-depth programs

Enrollment covers all seven published sessions of one cohort, with up to ten participants. Missing a session does not by itself entitle the participant to a replacement session. Statutory cancellation, refund and other rights remain unaffected. A waiting-list entry is not a confirmed place and is not charged. New cohorts and admission are handled separately. If the business does not run the cohort, cancellation and reimbursement for undelivered services will be handled accordingly.

Payment and confirmation

Booking information passes from Amelia to WooCommerce for payment. An order or acknowledgment alone does not necessarily confirm payment. Refer to the payment status and booking confirmation issued after processing. For online payments, the connected payment provider processes the transaction and the appropriate financial document is issued separately. An order confirmation is not a VAT invoice. Never send card details through contact forms or messages.

Independent work and passes

Independent work requires the relevant orientation or training and staff approval. Checks include human supervision; buying a pass does not itself establish eligibility. Follow staff and safety instructions. A new expiry condition will not be imposed retrospectively on a purchased pass; any expiry for future purchases will be displayed before purchase.

Statutory cancellation rights

Applicable Israeli consumer rights prevail. For a distance sale of a service, the ordinary cancellation window is 14 days from the transaction or receipt of the required transaction document, whichever is later, subject to the service classification and law. A non-continuous service generally requires cancellation at least two non-rest days before the service. Leisure services have statutory exceptions, including seven-non-rest-day limits. Classification and eligibility depend on the actual transaction and law, not solely its title. Eligible senior citizens, new immigrants and people with disabilities may have a four-month window where the distance transaction involved a conversation, including electronic communication, under the statutory conditions.

Refunds and cancellation fees

Where permitted for a change-of-mind cancellation, fees will not exceed 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. No fee will be charged where prohibited, including applicable cases of nonconformity, nondelivery or business breach. Statutory refunds will be made within the applicable period, including within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice where that rule applies. Proportionate payment for a continuous service already provided may apply under law. Submitting the form does not itself execute a refund; the request will be processed and its status communicated. A dispute about a refund does not prevent submitting a cancellation notice.

How to cancel

Send notice using the website cancellation page, email darkroom.shadowwork@gmail.com, phone +972524782338, in person at 2 Nordau Street, Haifa, or by post to that address. Include your name and details sufficient to identify the transaction. An order number is useful but is not the exclusive condition for notice. No website account or cancellation reason is required to submit a request. Additional identification may be needed to process a refund or verify statutory eligibility.

Changes and responsibility

Contact the business promptly about rescheduling, nonattendance or exceptional circumstances. This does not remove statutory rights. Material changes or cancellation by the business will be communicated and handled under law. These terms do not exclude non-excludable liability or restrict a legally competent court. Minors’ participation must be arranged through a parent or guardian.
