Who controls your information

SHADOWORK is operated by Daniel Dormea, Israeli VAT-exempt sole proprietor, business no. 316271816, who controls the information collected for the business. Activity and notice address: 2 Nordau Street, Haifa. Privacy, access and correction requests: darkroom.shadowwork@gmail.com or +972524782338. Updated: 1 November 2026.

Information and purposes

We receive information you provide, including your name, email, telephone, booking and session details, service requests and information needed for financial documents. We use it to respond, arrange activities, manage bookings and passes, handle payments and cancellations, provide support and meet legal obligations. Do not submit payment-card details, medical information or unnecessary sensitive information in contact forms.

Your choice

Providing information is voluntary and is not a general legal obligation. Required fields are needed for the requested action: without necessary identification and contact information we cannot complete a booking or reply. Financial-document information is collected as required by applicable law. You may also contact us by phone or email.

Systems and service providers

Registrations and activity details are stored in Amelia, orders and payment records in WooCommerce, and website form inquiries in Elementor’s submissions system. Inquiries and service notifications are also emailed to the business team and relevant instructors. Information may therefore be retained both in website systems and in email mailboxes.

Information may be processed by hosting and email providers, including FastComet, to host the website and send messages. Hosting, email and maintenance providers may access information needed to provide their services. For online payments, information needed for the transaction and financial document is shared with Morning and its connected payment processor. Enter card details only in the payment provider’s interface, never in contact forms. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or to resolve disputes and protect rights.

Cookies and external content

Essential cookies and local storage support login, bookings and checkout. Embedded content and external services, including YouTube, ENABLE and social networks, may receive technical information such as IP addresses and browser data and use cookies under their own policies. Blocking cookies may prevent booking or payment functions. This policy does not grant marketing consent; marketing requires an appropriate legal basis and an unsubscribe option.

Website servers and the submissions system may also retain technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for operation, security and troubleshooting. Contact and cancellation emails have been configured to omit these technical details; this does not mean the underlying systems do not retain them.

Retention, security and overseas processing

Information is retained for the stated purposes and periods necessary to administer services, resolve disputes and meet statutory recordkeeping duties. Deletion requests remain subject to those duties. Hosting, email and embedded-content services may process information outside Israel; such transfers must meet applicable legal conditions. No system is completely secure, and this policy is not a guarantee against security incidents.

Access and correction

You may request access to personal information held about you and request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, subject to Israeli law and its exceptions. Limited identity verification may be required. This policy does not promise an unconditional erasure right or rights that do not apply to the activity.

Minors and updates

Online purchases must be made by an adult. Participation by a minor must be arranged with the business through a parent or guardian under the activity’s conditions. Do not provide unnecessary information about minors. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date; changes requiring additional consent will be handled under applicable law.
