Accessibility Statement

Accessible service

SHADOWORK is working to improve access to information, bookings and services for people with disabilities. Basic website improvements have been made and work is ongoing. This statement is not certification of full compliance. Updated: 1 November 2026.

Website and booking flow

You can enlarge the display using your browser’s zoom controls. Use Tab to move between links and fields, Shift+Tab to move back, and Enter to activate a link or button. A skip-to-content link is provided at the beginning of the page. Contact and cancellation forms display field labels and required-field indicators.

Booking uses Amelia and WooCommerce components. Some components, including date selection and payment, may present difficulties. If you encounter a barrier, contact us for information and assistance with booking or submitting a cancellation notice. Do not send card details in your message.

ENABLE accessibility toolbar

To open the ENABLE toolbar, use the floating accessibility button. Choose Hebrew or English, use the arrow keys to move between its controls, and select Reset to undo the adjustments.

The toolbar offers display and navigation aids:

  • Increase or decrease text size and page zoom, and select a readable font.
  • Adjust colours using high contrast, black and yellow, greyscale, sepia or inverted colours.
  • Highlight headings and links.
  • Show existing alternative descriptions on hover or continuously. This does not supply missing descriptions.
  • Use keyboard navigation assistance and an option to stop flashing and animations.
  • Choose a large light or dark mouse pointer.

These are assistive tools whose operation also depends on the page structure and its components. The toolbar does not replace accessibility improvements or testing and does not certify compliance. Further information is available on the ENABLE website.
